T.T.T. - Ollie Style

Come on, you knew I couldn't have this week's Three Tangent Tuesday without gushing about the new little man.  Don't worry, this hasn't turned into Oliver's blog.  I promise it won't be Mr. Ollie pants 24-7, but he is so stinking cute that I can't help but want to gush about him. Is this how mother's feel about their children?

1.Cupcakes. Oliver likes cupcakes as much as we do!  Even if they are plastic and squeeky, cupcakes are cupcakes and to fit in this family you have to like them.

Speaking of cupcakes, I made these snickerdoodle cupcakes once and never even ate one!! I have to imagine that they were TDF {to die for} delicious.   I have been dreaming about them for a week now, it might be time to whip up another batch.  {YES, that IS a cookie on top of the cupcake! ahhh.}

2.Petsmart.  Mr. Oliver had his first trip to Petsmart yesterday and his first ride in the truck!  He warmed up to the truck real nicely and found the perfect spot snuggled right next to Ben.

We had a very successful trip and Mr. Oliver had all  the girls swooning over him.  Literally, all the sweet girls at the Petsmart Vet office were giving him treats, taking pictures and loving on him.  This guy has the life!  We picked up an ADORABLE houndstooth collar {we settled on this after I tried to choose the Burberry knock-off and was reminded that we don't have a designer dog}.  It looks so cute on him!

3.Playing.Slowly but surely this little docile puppy is turning more and more into a playful puppy.  He now has all sorts of toys so he can get his "chew" on.  Last night after 3 walks, a trip to Petsmart, running around out back and a trip to the Davenports we were doing our last ditch attempt to wear out this little man before bed.  While we were playing with toys and Ben had the video camera on his phone at the PERFECT time and - well - I guess Oliver isn't a big fan of video cameras.  This seriously makes me die laughing every time!

 Let me just preface this video by saying that I am not an evil dog owner.  The video begins with him gnawing on the couch.  Enough said.

Ah, we love this little guy.
