Well mr. handstand, meet the mini bed flip. I was sitting on the bed. The husband was brushing his teeth, exhausted and ready to call it a night. I, on the other hand, had a sudden burst of energy. Maybe it was the luxurious, creamy, sugar filled ice cream from earlier that evening {we will talk about that later} or maybe it was because I missed my calling in life to be an Olympic gymnast. Whatever the reason, I decided to see if I could do a flip on the bed and this is now my new favorite trick giving the handstand a serious run for his money.
If you try this at home remember to tuck your head, summer-salting like you are a kid of an adult size really hurts the neck. Also, if you are seeing a doctor twice a week for your messed up back, probably don't tell her. Also, I found that whining to your husband about your aching back after doing mini flips on the bed for a half hour doesn't get you very far. Ha, note to self.
{Plus, I know I bedroom is seriously lacking decor. I just need some time to be inspired!}
